QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Abdi İbrahim is the leading pharmaceutical company in Turkey, having approximately 4.600 employees. High-speed production and packaging machines equipped with the latest technology are used in production facilities, which are inspected and approved by the authorities and leading companies in different countries for drug production in Europe and the world. As Abdi İbrahim, we do not only produce our own products in our facilities here, but also provide production services for different national and international companies.
We're currently looking for a Human Resources Specialist.The ideal candidate is required to have the following qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree from Administrative / Social Sciences or Industrial Engineering,
· Up to 2 years of HR experience,
· Well – developed interviewing and assessment skills,
· Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,
· Strong analytical ability and eagerness to learn,
· High sense of responsibility and ability to work with critical timelines,
· Self-motivated and excellent team player,
· Project management skills
· Ability to exercise good judgement, independent decision making and problem solving skills,
· Very good command of both written and spoken English,
· Proficiency in MS Office applications.
HR Specialist will work as a HR Business Partner and will be the HR contact of the employees under.
The HR Specialist will be responsible for;
· Executing all HR functions such as Recruitment, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Career Management, HR Headcount & Budget Planning and Employee Relations
· Leading or contributing to HR related projects
· Contributing to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures in line with corporate values
