QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an HRCompensation Associate within our HR Team! The role will be primarily focused in key areas of Payroll, but will also support all areas of HR by participating in various HR projects.

What we are looking for;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, especially in payroll, personnel affairs and reporting,
  • Hands on experience in SAP and MS Office applications,
  • Working knowledge of and ability to interpret local rules and regulations related to Human Resources, Labor Standards, and Compensation,
  • Good communication skills in English,
  • Good understanding of compensation and benefit implementation process,
  • Having a good knowledge about job analysis and grading systems,
  • Highly motivated, prone to teamwork with strong interpersonal skills,
  • Detail and result oriented, having good planning skills and analytical, problem-solving point of view.


Responsibilities

  • Establish and follow-up personnel attendance control systems, follow-up of work plans and annual leave, monitor the shift hours of employees,
  • Ensure ongoing focus on process documentation and maintenance,
  • To follow personell personal information,
  • Tracking of personnel executive payments,
  • Able to prepation and control of monthly payroll data,
  • Performing all payroll and accrual transactions process,
  • Making work accident notifications and approving incapacity reports,
  • Month-end closing operations (reporting),
  • Support preparation and control of SSI monthly declarations,
  • Making and following the incentive practices according to the legislation,
  • Additional HR payroll duties may be assigned as needed.
