QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you will;
- Timely and accurate execution of all transactions like recruitments, layoffs, official declarations, company openings and closings in accordance with Labor Law and relevant legislation
- Timely updating of personnel and organization information on the HR system, creating and updating personnel files
- Carrying out correspondence with official organizations regarding payroll and personnel operations
- Execution of the operational processes regarding the benefits of the employees
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;
- 4-5 years experience in payroll, personnel affairs and SGK applications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experienced in using SAP HR and payroll modules
- Having knowledge of Excel
- Intermediate level of English
- Strong communication, able to collaborate with others and do effective networking is key
