GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist;

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations and/or similar sciences
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in all payroll processes,
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in excel and Bilişim payroll program is preferable
  • Good knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and Regulations,
  • Effective planning skills, detail oriented and good follow up skills,
  • Giving importance to self-development,
  • Team player and self-disciplined working style.

Job Description

  • Perform daily payroll operations,
  • Execute monthly payroll calculations,
  • Management of personnel files and relevant documents,
  • Builds a solid knowledge of payroll-related rules and regulations on key areas,
  • Following the legal processes and obligations to official institutions and employees in accordance with the labor law and related regulations,
  • Develop in depth understanding of payroll database.
