Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Provides full-cycle recruiting throughout Conduent Customer Care Solutions Turkey for all Dutch projects and day-to-day recruitment and selection of the all related operations
  • Places employment ads in appropriate sources using online tools for openings
  • Performs the pre-screening process on applicants and schedule interviews
  • Conducts interviews with qualified candidates
  • Assesses candidates abilities as potential employees
  • Makes job offers to the selected candidates
  • Follows up on prospects by contacting no call – no show candidate, identifies reasons for absence and reschedules for interview
  • Works closely with Hiring Managers to develop in-depth understanding of assigned requisitions
  • Makes recruitment reports and shares this with departments and operation in concern
  • Covers the Recruitment Manager when needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from a related field
  • Native level of Dutch and advanced level of English language
  • Advanced level of German or French preferable
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in end to end recruiting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Solid ability to evaluate candidates
  • Experience with online sourcing tools
  • Familiarity with various Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, computers/Internet, and related technologies
  • Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
