Human Resources Coordinator

Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for realization of all Human Resources related administrative works and support the daily office routine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follows up all related documents from the departments.
  • Helps to prepare the monthly reports for the payroll department.
  • Conduct the commencement of new employees.
  • Follow up the work permits for the foreign staff.
  • Coordinates all HR related jobs.
  • Does all assigned jobs by the Dir.of Human Resources


Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum BA or BS degree
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Good level of computer skills.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR Department.
  • Good communication skills.
  • The candidate should be analytical, proactive and flexible.
  • Follows up all annual vacations, sick leaves, paid and unpaid leaves/files the documents/produces periodical reports to concerned departments.
