QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview

As Mavi we are sharing an opportunity to join our team as aTraining Assistant within our HR Team! The role will be primarily focused in key areas of learning and development, but will also support the Human Resources by participating in various HR projects and supporting all areas of HR when applicable.

What you will need

  • Provide direct support to all Mavi’s learning & development initiatives,
  • Serve as an administrator and user support person for the SAP Learning Programs (LMS),
  • Follow up the training calender, give support during the training sessions, material distribution and evaluation process after programs have ended,
  • Track system changes and updates for a historical reference,
  • Create and prepare reports on training activities and results,
  • Support to create and maintain course content, manuals, or other training materials,
  • Work collaboratively with training companies,
  • Follow the market and innovations about training in line with the company needs,
  • Continuously improve and provide solutions to increase the effectiveness of our training program.

Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in social sciences,
  • 1-2 years of work experience in HR, preferably in learning and development,
  • Superior organizational skills, great attention to detail, possess, a keen eye for process improvements,
  • Excellent and friendly communicator, written and verbal,
  • Continuous learner and thrives in working autonomously in a fast-paced environment,
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environment with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy,
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint),
  • Proficieny in written and spoken English,
