QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a “Human Resources Business Partner who will enjoy working in our rapidly growing organization.

  • Undergraduate degree from reputable universities, Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is an asset,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Generalist,
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English,
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications,
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills,
  • Working knowledge in SAP Success Factors,
  • Working knowledge on Turkish Labor Law,
  • Male candidates must have completed military service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Discuss and proactively follow all the HR related needs and requests of the business lines’ managers that he/she is assigned for,
  • Recruitment process - Discussing staff needs, screening applications, conducting interviews and offer process and onboarding,
  • Performance and Career Management - Participating in career development issues, discussing career paths with line managers, recommending suitable career moves (transfers, promotions) for employees,
  • Employee Relations - Investigating and resolving day-to-day employee related issues in coordination with the line managers,
  • Termination Process - Conducting exits interviews,
  • Reporting - Advising management and employees on personnel matters by preparing periodic reports/briefs,
  • Improvement of HR Service Quality - Identifying HR process development opportunities and consulting with the other members of HR.
