QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Undergraduate degree from reputable universities, Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is an asset,
- Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Generalist,
- Excellent command of verbal and written English,
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications,
- Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills,
- Working knowledge in SAP Success Factors,
- Working knowledge on Turkish Labor Law,
- Male candidates must have completed military service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Discuss and proactively follow all the HR related needs and requests of the business lines’ managers that he/she is assigned for,
- Recruitment process - Discussing staff needs, screening applications, conducting interviews and offer process and onboarding,
- Performance and Career Management - Participating in career development issues, discussing career paths with line managers, recommending suitable career moves (transfers, promotions) for employees,
- Employee Relations - Investigating and resolving day-to-day employee related issues in coordination with the line managers,
- Termination Process - Conducting exits interviews,
- Reporting - Advising management and employees on personnel matters by preparing periodic reports/briefs,
- Improvement of HR Service Quality - Identifying HR process development opportunities and consulting with the other members of HR.
