Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Social Sciences and Business Administration),
  • 1-4 years experience in similar roles such as HR specialist, People Partner preferably in Technology sector
  • Good level verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • HR process development experience is a plus
  • Passionate about innovative HR solutions
  • Excellent organizational and facilitation skills,
  • Open to communication, down-to-earth, easy-to-communicate,
  • Fast, motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills,

Job description

  • Be responsible for all HR activities and processes with an end to end perspective (recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, organizational development and offboarding),
  • Acting as a first point of contact for business units while ensuring the execution and delivery of all HR activities (from the recruitment process, talent acquisition, organizational development, employer branding, orientation process, performance management, compensation and benefit, headcount planning and exit process, and HR reporting etc.),
  • Working closely with line managers and employees to foster positive working relationships, and to increase employee engagement and satisfaction,
  • To monitor all personnel movements (transfer, promotion, rotation, job termination, etc.) and communicate them with related parties,
  • Taking an active role to shape the organization and constitute HR documentation
  • Responsible for providing HR guidance to all employees within their defined scope,
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied,
  • Working together with the HR team and will take an active role in the development and implementation of new projects,
  • Prepare and follow up HR reports.
