QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS;

• University and/or Master degree in related fields such as Business Administration, International Relations, Psychology or Labor Economics and Industrial Relations,
• Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner,
• Excellent verbal & written English skills,
• Having good level of MS Office skills,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Preferably experienced in textile retailing companies,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• No travel restrictions,

JOB DESCRIPTION;

• Working with HQ department heads and managers to understand the business needs
• Be the first point of contact for all employees in his/her account, regarding all HR processes, systems and practices and make regular field visits,
• Executing recruitment, onboarding, performance management,talent management, and organizational change,development processes for his/her account
• To lead HR projects regarding employee engagament and loyalty,
