University and/or Master degree in related fields such as Business Administration, International Relations, Psychology or Labor Economics and Industrial Relations,
Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner,
Excellent verbal & written English skills,
Having good level of MS Office skills,
Strong analytical skills,
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Preferably experienced in textile retailing companies,

JOB DESCRIPTION;
Working with HQ department heads and managers to understand the business needs
Be the first point of contact for all employees in his/her account, regarding all HR processes, systems and practices and make regular field visits,
Executing recruitment, onboarding, performancemanagement,talentmanagement, and organizational change,development processes for his/her account
To lead HR projects regarding employee engagament and loyalty,
