We are hiring an HR Business Partner Specialist!

What does an HR Business Partner Specialist do at Anadolu Efes?

This role is positioned at Anadolu Efes HR Directorate and located in İstanbul. She/he will be responsible for Corporate Functions (HR, IT, Finance, Corporate Relations & Affairs, Legal Affairs, Internal Audit)

• To be the first point of contact of employees about all HR related topics,
• Execution and coordination of recruitment, performance management, career planning and development processes of his/her accounts,
• To contribute to the formulation and implementation of HR strategies and processes in relevant businesses to achieve their goals in line with the annual business plans and priorities,
• Conducting recruitment processes by coordinating the annual workforce plan studies in the accounts responsible,
• Closely monitoring the onboarding and adaptation processes,
• To support the Employee Engagement process and follow-up the actions regularly,
• To ensure that the necessary procedures are carried out within the legal legislation of the recruited or dismissed employees,
• To prepare related reports due to deadlines and follow-up, to analyze data and provide solutions to identify trends, improve performance, retention and employee experience.
• To take an active role in different HR and multifunctional projects within Anadolu Efes.

What are the qualifications we look for in an HR Business Partner Specialist at Anadolu Efes?

• Bachelor’s Degree from related university departments,
• 2+ years of experience in HR functions; preferably as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner,
• SAP and SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus,
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization,
• Good problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail,
• Effective time management skills in a dynamic work environment,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office tools.
