GENEL NİTELİKLER

QUALIFICATIONS

· Graduate from Universities’ Engineering or Business Administration departments

· 2-4 years of Operations and Contract Management experience

· Preferably have an understating or knowledge about energy sector, power, gas trading and end user contracts

· Excellent command of English both writing and speaking

· Advance knowledge of MS Office Programs

· Good communication and negotiation skills

· Analytical thinking

· Careful and focused

· Highly skilled in planning and strong in follow up

· Ability to manage multiple tasks at once

· Able to work effectively with deadlines and under time pressure

· For male candidate, military service should be completed

· No restriction to travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Negotiate the contract terms with companies

· Engage in initiatives for solutions/outcomes that will minimize risk to the Company's interests in contract management

· Follows the process of mutual signing of the contracts with companies

· Creating contract layouts for end user & power&gas, domestic/cross-border market products and services

· Ability to manage multiple tasks at once

· Modifying contracts to match the ever-changing market conditions, legislations, operational&commercial terms

· Ensuring contractual compliance between commercial and legal departments of the company

· Invoicing (prepare ,follow up & inform accounting department )

· Follow up bank guarantee letter management

· Deal capture process (deal approvals, protocols etc.)

· Technical settlement

· Reporting (financial, operational etc.)
