QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

CMC Turkey was established in 2000 and is Turkey's largest independent outsourcing provider.

CMC Turkey, which merged with the M+ Group in 2020, provides services to 260 brands from 58 countries with 8000 employees in 31 languages with 15 locations in Turkey and Central Europe.

CMC Turkey provides technology-supported solutions specific to customer needs, primarily with, tele-marketing, customer services, collection management, technical support, back office management, social media and CRM & Robotic process automation applications developed by our R&D team.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

•Graduated from universities preferably Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration etc.,

•Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management processes,

•Closely following global talent trends and best practices,

•Ability to implement innovations quickly,

•Actively involved in the restructuring processes,

•Successful and responsible in analytical thinking, planning, organization and business follow-up and conclusion,

•Strong communication and representation skills, successful in relationship management, able to adapt to a dynamic work environment,

•Having a target and result-oriented working systematic, able to follow the work and process,

•Open to change and development,

•Good knowledge of English,

•Able to use MS Office programs actively, especially with good knowledge of Power Point and Excel,

• Male candidates must have completed their military service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•Taking a role in competency and potential evaluation processes within the scope of talent management, regular follow-up and reporting of performance evaluation results,

•Designing, developing and implementing leadership development programs,

•Implementation of assessment center applications, giving feedback and reporting by using potential measurement tools in promotion, backup, rotation, career development processes,

•Ensuring that options suitable for company needs are evaluated and implemented in line with local and global trends,

•Implementation of talent management processes determined in line with the company's global goals and strategies,

•Planning, operability and follow-up of talent development programs with internal and external resources,

•Within the scope of CMC Academy, preparing content in the development areas needed by the company and providing trainings planned for the roles determined,

•Ensuring that internal communication channels are actively used for talent management and development.
