DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

· Degree in HR, Business Management or relevant HR qualifications.

· At least 2 years work experience equivalent role

· Experience in payroll management

· Eager to learn and high level of accountability

· Intermediate level of verbal and written communication skills in English

· A proactive, detail-oriented approach to HR, ready to build and develop relationships.

· Positive work attitude with a global mindset.

· Proficient in using Microsoft Offices and Microsoft 365.

Location: Istanbul/ Esenyurt

WHAT YOU’LL DO


· The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing on all HR transactions and administration, supporting the HR team, across all HR service categories including SAP, payroll, clock in/out system etc.

· Develop reports, dashboard and metrics from HR data sources periodically.

· Maintain documents and files for HR compliance.

· Ensure accurate submission of HR forms and documents for timely onboarding

· Responsible for the employee lifecycle HR operations such as onboarding, employment changes and off-boarding processes.

· Coordinating with the external companies to manage overall payroll process

· Work with Finance team on the payroll reconciliation and salary payment

· Ensure suppliers to provide high level services ( shuttle, cafeteria etc.)

· Key users in the creation of all data and record in the system.

· Support in ensuring that all HR policies and practices are complying and aligned with the business and local statutory requirements
