Now we are seeking a " Senior HRBP” to join our team!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable universities
  • Minimum 4 years of HR Experience
  • Excellent English skills, both oral and written
  • Have the right balance of result orientation and customer focus
  • Have sensitivity to others, cooperative and team player
  • Strong capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities and needs
  • Must have strong interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conducting role of HR Business partnership for Cabin Services and Flight Operation functions
  • Active role within related HR projects,
  • Identifies the business needs and align business strategies with HR strategies
  • Provides consultancy and support to the managers regarding HR systems, processes and policies, promote the use of the HR tools.
  • Governs the employee exit management and provide an analysis of the acquired information
  • Legal issues and labour law.
