Now we are seeking a " Senior HRBP” to join our team!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree from reputable universities
- Minimum 4 years of HR Experience
- Excellent English skills, both oral and written
- Have the right balance of result orientation and customer focus
- Have sensitivity to others, cooperative and team player
- Strong capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities and needs
- Must have strong interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conducting role of HR Business partnership for Cabin Services and Flight Operation functions
- Active role within related HR projects,
- Identifies the business needs and align business strategies with HR strategies
- Provides consultancy and support to the managers regarding HR systems, processes and policies, promote the use of the HR tools.
- Governs the employee exit management and provide an analysis of the acquired information
- Legal issues and labour law.
