Global HR and Compliance Specialist

By being constantly growing company with future-oriented outlook, we're always on the lookout for new, highly motivated and trustworthy employees. SAI is seeking to hire a new team member with 2 – 3 years of experience ideally in a Legal Department who will be working under the guidance of the Compliance Manager. The potential candidate is responsible for the following activities:

  • · Develop and implement HR strategies.
  • · Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • · Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization.
  • · Good knowledge of Turkish labor law and HR best practices.
  • · Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • · Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • · Analyze third parties on the different perspective and periodically run due diligence.
    Report to Compliance Manager on any issues with critical and/or high-risk vendors as well as any significant changes and updates on the sanction compliance.

  • ·Keep track of any violations reported against a party or individual and creating responses and plans regarding these violations with the other departments.
  • ·Provide general legal assistance where necessary
  • Provide timely advice and guidance to business units for OFAC violations and seek guidance directly from OFAC if necessary.
  • Develop and provide sanctions related investigations to employees and ensure all of the employees educated on the latest regulations and processes accordingly

Qualifications

  • · Strong academic background in Bachelor studies; professional certificates are distinct advantage.
  • · Advanced written and spoken English, ideally with a second language.
  • · Strong analytical, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills.
  • · Advanced command of MS Office (Word, Excel) applications.
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
  • · No restriction for travelling abroad.
