Teleperformance Turkey is looking for a "HR Auditor" who will work under our Human Resources Department at Istanbul Flatofis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field;
- Proven experience as Process auditor.
- Proven experience in HR is preferred.
- Strong communicational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal English
- High analytical thinking and decision-making skills,
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Self motivation and discipline
- Male candidates should have completed their military service
Job Description:
- Responsible for the audit of HR teams on the global certificates needed,
- Gathering, centralizing, and analyzing all audit results within the function,
- Identifying all the process gap & areas of improvement in country and department level with a prober recommendation,
- Following up on the execution of the evaluations action plans,
- Leads audits and compliance testing to ensure that procedures are operating effectively with appropriate controls and recommend changes where necessary,
- If needed, mapping existing HR processes and update based on current Function activities,
- Prepare regular reports,
- Identify possible country process improvements and manage improvement request,
- Document and monitor regional HR processes, policies, and procedures as a result of improvement initiatives,
- Define best practice analytics to driving improvements and efficiencies,
- Effectively communicates and works collaboratively across the organization to ensure standards are followed flawlessly,
- Perform other functions or tasks assigned within the department.
