QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you ready to make a real difference within Hitachi Energy, the global leader in power technologies and the partner of choice for enabling greener power grids? Kickstart your professional career and explore three different areas of Transformers during our 12-month program.
Your assignments will be in in a variety of area of Human Resources in Transformers business. You’ll benefit from individual training and development plans, professional mentoring, exposure to executives, and build a network.
You will be rotated during the course of the 12 months program across different Transformers factories and functions of HR in İstanbul. This rotation among businesses & HR will provide a wide way of looking at processes.
This high-profile program will also provide excellent learning opportunities such as leadership and mentoring programs.
You will have to demonstrate personal leadership, teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a high level of initiative, self-confidence, and display future leader aspirations.
Your Backround
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.
- No more than 1 year of professional experience within your field of studies by the start date.
- Excellent knowledge in English.
- Internationally minded, social and intercultural competency
- High level of drive and personal ownership.
- Realistic career/life goals
- Creative thinking with demonstrated analytical skills and structured work approach.
- Ability to work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments.
