Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields or similar
  • Advanced level both in written an spoken English
  • Very good command of MS Office applications,
  • Willing to work cooperatively as a team member,
  • Self-disciplined and motivated,

Job Description;

  • Supporting to recruitment processes, performance management, training & development and payroll,
  • Assisting all business functions in terms of human resources management,
  • Supporting e-learning system,
  • Assisting to execute all matters regarding hiring and exiting process of employees and maintaining and updating personnel files,
  • Taking an active part in projects that are aimed to enhance employee engagement.
