As HUMANERA Consulting, we are looking for Research Associate (Remote) for our growing team.
Qualifications
- University degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the recruitment industry
- Good command of English is mandatory
- Innovative and creative thinking with analytical capabilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Having good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented, team environment
- Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach
Key Responsibilities
- Participate on different HR related recruitment projects
- Deliver an efficient and effective research and candidate resourcing service
- Use all available direct sourcing methods (advertising on global and local job boards,, database searches, networking, use of social media)
- Contact and develop prospective candidates
- Collaborate with related project team leader
- Access a shared database and update candidate status, as well as profile details
