GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Key responsibilities:
· Cooperating with the People&Culture team in developing talent and implementing effective people & culture strategy by being part of differen projects related to differen People&Culture initiatives, which will be your greatest asset to learn
· Expanding pipelines for all vacant positions as an ambassador for Avon Turkey and identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (both internal&external)
· Supporting Procurement process
Candidate profile:
· 3rd or 4th-year university student in a related field,
· are able to work a minimum of 4 days/week,
· have strong recruitment passion & wish to pursue a career in People&Culture team,
· have an excellent command of written and spoken English; we communicate with the whole world,
· result-oriented and have strong planning, organization and communication skills
