GENEL NİTELİKLER

Role Purpose


Will be able to support HRBP Corporate Functions Teams entire operation, make analyzes and guide HRBP&HRBC’s.


Your Place in the team


  • Supporting HR Business Partner operations at Vodafone,
  • Keeps the organization charts are up to date on a weekly basis,
  • Keeps the employee data up to date such as cost centers, titles...
  • Takes role in organizational change processes,
  • Advices / supports decision about reporting line & title change; executes the required action across the relevant IT systems on time,
  • Sends information e-mails to HR MIS & HR Employee Services for leavers, role changes and follows up for the system changes,
  • Prepares the updated organizational structure documents and informs HR MIS for the system changes,
  • Analyze turnover dashboard with HRBC and inform HRBP.
  • Support HRBP team in project based demands


We are looking for you if you have


  • 3rd & 4th year university students
  • Able to work min 4 days/week
  • Previous HR internship/experience is a plus
  • Excellence in analytical thinking
  • Excellent command of English is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (esp. in Excel)
  • Result oriented and eager to learn
  • Good and effective communication skills
  • Proactive and team player
