What you will be doing:
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings
- Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
- Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
Your experience and skills include:
- University graduate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR departments of multinational companies - hospitality sector is preferable
- Excellent command of English
- Advance knowledge of Windows applications POLDY HR management program knowledge is a plus
- Military service must be completed or minimum two years postponed
- Self-motivated, having a career target for Human Resources, good human relations and problem solving skills, analytical, team player, punctual, organized.
