QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Prometeia S.p.A., a leading provider of software solutions and consulting services in the fields of Risk Management, Financial Analysis, Data Science and Planning for Financial Institutions, would like to ensure the continuous growth of its Corporate Center by hiring an HR Assistant. The position is based in our Istanbul branch and involves continuous cooperation with our headquarters in Italy.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Employer branding: management of career days, events at Universities or schools
- Management of the internship programs and of other special local projects
- Support in defining and following the on boarding roles (tutor, buddy etc).
- Support in the recruiting activities (definition of job ad, relationship with the HH, etc.)
- Support in understanding the local trends and dynamics especially with regard to the salaries
- Management of the local welfare program and of the medical checks of the new employees
- Support in managing and collecting the HR documents in alignment with the HQ
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in the role of at least 1 year in international and/or modern structured companies
- Degree with excellent grades in the humanities. A Master degree in HR is considered as a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint
SOFT SKILLS
- Excellent diagnostic, problem solving, work organisation and time management skills
- Innate interpersonal and communication skills, empathy
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Excellent knowledge of English and preferably another language
