GENEL NİTELİKLER

In this role you will be responsible for talent recruitment in ABB Talent team in Istanbul, Turkey ensuring a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs and to support in some other recruitment related activities. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Advancement HUB East Europe, you will be working closely with our Talent team members and different businesses in Turkey as well as in Eastern Europe countries. Your responsibilities:

• Support in delivering the talent processes to implement Global Talent Strategies on a local level, working with HR Business Partners and line managers to gain insight into the business talent acquisition needs.

• Own the entire recruitment process from Kickoff to Onboarding by driving an efficient recruitment process and striving for a high-touch experience for every candidate and manager.

• Providing expertise, market insights and consultative guidance to assure the successful delivery of the sourcing and recruitment approach best fit to the business needs. Support the provision of timely data analytics and reporting activities, to manage candidate pipeline and other recruitment metrics.

• Support Employer Branding Activities, University Relationships, Early Talent and Trainee Programs, to boost ABB’s Employer Brand within the country.

• Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Expert Services, peer Talent Partners, Employer Branding Partners and external service providers to assure fast, efficient and well-coordinated recruitment process to meet and exceed the business expectations.


Your background:

• Degree in Economics, Human Resources, or relevant.

• Experience with full life-cycle recruitment, Talent • Advancement as well as Employer Branding Activities will be a plus.

• Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases.

• Self- driven, resilient, energetic and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Turkish.

• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
