GENEL NİTELİKLER

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Engineering or relevant fields,
  • 1-2 years work / internship experience,
  • Excellent command of English,
  • Excellent command of MS-Office tools, especially in Excel,
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills,
  • Strong Project management skills,
  • Proactive and problem solving attitude,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Strong teamwork / collaboration skills,
  • Has a clear vision of career goals,
  • Residing in Istanbul-European side is preferred


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Creates and Runs Compensation Queries and Reports,
  • Provides ad hoc queries, job code requests, and standard report compilation,
  • Identifies and translates user systems requirements to develop complex forms, report layouts, and programs,
  • Provide the information for expats such as SGK and payroll information,
  • Provides Compensation Administration and Merit Increase System Support,
  • Assists with Compensation Group Administrative Projects such as Mercer,
  • Gathering, verifying and manipulating HR data for HR report generation,
  • Entering, mining, querying and auditing of HR data,
  • Creating and distributes HR reports,
  • Reporting necessary report every day, every week and every month,
  • Preparing reports for special projects, for the requests coming from Region,(audit) etc.
  • Keeping employee structure reports,
  • To be responsible from administration of compensation and benefits and reporting processes,
  • Reporting monthly and weekly global reports (headcount, staffing, org-chart update etc.)
  • Be on time accurate reporting,
  • Helping the processes of recruitment, training and employee relations.
