We are looking for Human Resources Specialist for our HR Team in Istanbul Tuzla Plant.
Knowledge required:
· Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required,
· 5+ years of experience in a Recruitment Specialist position
· Fluency in English
· Knowledge and experience in full recruitment lifecycle,
· Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness,
· Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative,
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office, and comfortable learning new systems as needed.
Primary Accountabilities:
· Being responsible of the execution of end-to-end operations recruitment activities,
· Supporting to create recruitment strategies and plans with HR team,
· Being responsible of the recruitment activities for 2 plants (Tuzla & Dilovası),
· Supporting the other functions in HR.
