QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a driven HR Generalist who wants to build & improve the execution of HR processes in cargo-partner Turkey head office in Istanbul (Yesilkoy)

What will you do ?

  • Research & filter qualified candidates depending on company's requirement.
  • Handle new staff orientation training & termination process as per company's policy.
  • Support HR Manager in handling HR weekly/monthly/quarterly report (Attendance, Payroll, Turnover rate, Budget, Performance Evaluation).
  • Employment relationship management.
  • Handle all of training & employee activities
  • Control & monitor all of HR cost.
  • Maintain HRIS data quality
  • To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.

Who we are looking for ?

  • University degree in in Human Resources/Administration
  • At least 2 year HR & Admin working experience.
  • Good level of English in written & verbal
  • Good communication skill.
  • Patient, Reliable, Honest and Punctual.
  • Skillful in planning, organizing, coordinating and execution of tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Residence at European side of Istanbul preferred
