GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who will be in charge of all human resource procedures in a fast-paced startup. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes. To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with solid knowledge of the recruiting process.
What you'll be doing
- Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
- Administer health and life insurance programs
- Design and implement effective training and development plans
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- BS degree in a related field
- Professional proficiency in English
- Minimum 3-year experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process
- Understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Knowledge in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Zoho Recruit, is plus
- Eager to learn through experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to build a career in HR field with global exposure
