QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

DEVA Holding, a leading Turkish generic pharmaceutical company under EastPharma is seeking for a Human Resources Analytics and Reporting Specialist.

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferably in industrial), Business Administration or Psychology and master’s degree in Human Reources Management will be a plus.
• Min. 3 years of experience in system design and structural design for HR processes and integrations,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Proficiency in MS Office,
• Creative, able to manage new projects,
• Strong communication skills,
• Flexible and willing to work in a team,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supporting organizational development activities to ensure they are focused on business needs, corporate objectives and customer requirements,
• Creating new tools and processes to build and sustain effective OD processes within the company, partnering organizational development projects,
• Executing and upgrading the HR systems
• Supporting HR Team in the implementation of organizational development projects such as Employee Satisfaction Survey, Suggestion System, Performance Evaluation System etc.,
• Support reporting requirements related with other HR functions
