QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related department.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience sourcing and/or recruiting technical talent with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Desire to learn and achieve targets
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Energetic, motivated, extravert


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan and ensure recruitment process of the company interviews, screening calls etc.) are conducted on time
  • Support in developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Provide sound analysis and advice to business heads on the selection process
  • Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting process such as posting positions, cv screening and conducting competency based interviews, coordinating interviews with the managers
  • Develop and maintain effective and innovative methods to meet the recruitment needs
  • Oversee partnerships with recruitment agencies, job sites, and reputed colleges for campus placement.
  • Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Assist with other HR activities as and when required
