Role + Responsibilities
Execution of the recruitment process
Ensuring the execution and supervision of employment (such as personnel, performance training, remuneration, reference research, etc.) and recruitment, exit / leaving processes
Monitoring and management of the orientation process
Monitoring and support performance management system
Supporting the organizational development process and following the studies
Follow-up of the implementation of company procedures and rules
Following up the training needs and conducting the process in line with the company's needs.
Supporting global HR projects
Supporting company administrative affairs
Qualification + Profile
Degree in Universities in related branch
Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources area as a Generalist
Knowledge of SGK and Labor laws and regulations
Good knowledge in MS Office
Advanced verbal and written skill in English
Good level of Organizational skill
Demonstrating a high level of communication skills
Willingness to be an effective team member
