QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment, Performance and Talent Management, Industrial Relations and other HR processes,
Fluent in English,
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, good knowledge of Excel and Data Analysis is a strong plus,
Have knowledge of business law,
Able to perform in a highly dynamic environment that requires multitasking and accurate prioritization,
Strong organizational and planning skills that closely follow the details,
A good team player with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills,
JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing the recruitment process of the departments,
Supporting the performance and talent management process,
Reviewing and revising related procedures, job descriptions
Contributing to the preparation and execution of all HR Projects.
Preparing preodical related reports and analyzing HR.
Following the HR trends, best practices, new technologies, making improvement and development that will increase the efficiency of the HR systems,
