We are looking for a "HR Analytics Specialist/Assistant Specialist" for the growing Human Resources team of Sigortam.net
Your role:
- Prepares and analyzes regular and ad-hoc reports,
- Designs and develops HR Analytics models in line with the needs of HR business units and/or company strategies,
- Designs, implements and monitors performance management system,
- Is responsible for the job evaluation system, job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs with compensation & benefits unit,
- Researches trends and remains current with organizational developments, techniques, and technologies to support current and changing needs of the organization.
Your profile:
- BS degree in a related field – Statistics /Engineering is preferable
- 2+ years of working experience in HR Analytics/Organizational Development
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- A proactive, creative, troubleshooting character
