We are looking for a "HR Analytics Specialist/Assistant Specialist" for the growing Human Resources team of Sigortam.net

Your role:

  • Prepares and analyzes regular and ad-hoc reports,
  • Designs and develops HR Analytics models in line with the needs of HR business units and/or company strategies,
  • Designs, implements and monitors performance management system,
  • Is responsible for the job evaluation system, job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs with compensation & benefits unit,
  • Researches trends and remains current with organizational developments, techniques, and technologies to support current and changing needs of the organization.

Your profile:

  • BS degree in a related field – Statistics /Engineering is preferable
  • 2+ years of working experience in HR Analytics/Organizational Development
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • A proactive, creative, troubleshooting character
