Day in and day out a People Operations Associate in Insider;
- takes care of HR system,
- is responsible for the end-to-end personnel affairs, residence permit, work permit,
- works in coordination with immigration consultants regarding visa applications & renewals,
- assists relocated team members for their pre and post-arrival processes,
- prepares and controls all the data for personnel affairs
- coordinates all aspects of international moves into Insider regions including relocation, expense reimbursements and onboarding,
- executes all matters pertaining to personnel for hiring and exiting process of employees and maintaining and updating personnel files,
- prepares reports about Labor Law and SGK, deliver to related parties,
- supports Finance team with mobility solutions, participating and managing related HR projects,
- provides benchmarks for new tools and automation,
- identifies and assists in solving HR related issues,
- provides benchmarks and support to numerous departments in the organization regarding HR policies, processes, and best practices,
- assists the HR Team and other related teams in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practices within the company,
- works together with HR Analytics Specialist on daily basis tasks.

- have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Related Fields,
- have internship experience in human resources fields
- preferably have experience with multiple countries regulations (an ideally with TR regulation),
- have an ability to work in a multicultural environment,
- have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail,
- have strong multi-tasking, analytical and reporting skills,
- is confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach,
- have strong communication skills in both writing and speaking, (English & Native Language)
- have strong MS Office applications knowledge.
