QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
- Weekly sales reporting to brand headquarters
- Weekly sales reporting to SG Turkey controlling and finance
- Inventory reporting which includes the tracking of future deliveries vs. current sales orders and determine projected sales volume
- Product allocations (working with Brand Manager)
- Month end reporting in relation to all expenditure documentation (provided to accounting)
- National Sales Meeting planning and preparation
Marketing
- Managing marketing budgets, forecast 1&2 and latest estimate development
- Project management of marketing initiatives
- Implementation of media plan
- Gather and communicate press clips
- Coordinate marketing activities such POS material and event planning
Logistics
- Track shipments from CH through customs and the Distribution Center to end retailer
- Processing and monitoring return authorizations
Customer Service
- Respond to availability inquiries for retailers and end consumers
- Back up Sales Reps for any problem resolution needs
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree / MBA is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position preferably in retail industry
- Strong analytic capabilities and result-oriented working ability
- High communication skills, reliable and capable of team work
- Excellent negotiation skills; strong communication and problem solving skills
- Entrepreneurial instincts regarding opportunities and effectively use resources and be a creative thinker
- Fluent in MS Office applications
- Fluency in English required
Able to work as a fixed term contractor for 1 year
