Our Sales Enablement team are the architects, orchestrators, facilitators, and enablers.

They break the complexity of Sales Enablement into practical ideas through scalable and repeatable practices that will lead to increased revenue.

Being a part of our sales enablement team requires an artwork that is centered around “getting the right people in the right conversations with the right decision-makers in the right way”.


We are looking for a self-motivated and tech-savvy bug, who is passionate about delivering the training, content, processes, practices, and tools needed to support our salespeople throughout the buyer's journey.


As a Sales Enablement Specialist in Insider day in and day out you will

    • Build and cultivate a trusted relationship with sales reps
    • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams
    • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
    • Coordinate and refresh the educational content for ongoing training
    • Facilitate content creation and use in partnership with sales and marketing teams
    • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
    • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
    • Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible while providing the capabilities sellers need
    • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at the point of need

What we expect from you

    • A bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or sales enablement/productivity/readiness fields, prior experience in SaaS would be a plus
    • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
    • Go-getter and self-starter attitude with a track record in taking initiative and owning end-to-end deliverables in a fast-paced environment
    • To juggle multiple tasks at the same time with superior project and time management skills. And a keen eye for detail!
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data to run retrospectives and evaluations to continually assess and identify areas for improvement
