QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Elleair International Turkey, a subsidiary of the Japanese company Daio Paper Corporation, which is a leader in the international market in its sector, is sought for a "Assistant Brand Manager" for the Goo.n & Komili brand.

· Follow the market dynamics and competition with research reports and prepares analysis based on research data. Develop recommendations and action plans accordingly.

· Assist and implement marketing, innovation and communication strategies and marketing plans for the area of responsibility.

· Lead and develop efficient relations with all agencies and related the 3rd parties to deliver results.

· Control marketing expenditure within agreed budgets.

· Support the process of product development and packaging.

· Responsible for in-store communication and shopper communication of the campaigns.

· Development of efficient relations with agencies and related 3rd parties to deliver results.

Qualifications

· University degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering and / or Marketing Management.

· At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG sector.

· Experience in customer research and market research.

· Is a team player; needs to develop good relationships with 3rd parties and agencies

· Strong analytical and conceptual skills

· Should be ambitious, self-initiative and needs to have passion

· Dynamic person with strong communication skills

· The ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously is a must

· Excellent command of written and spoken English

· No restriction for travelling

· Completed military service for male candidates
