We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Marketing Specialist to work with Godiva Chocolatier

RESPONSİBİLİTİES


  • Campaign management with focus on consistency of messages, implementing different promotions/tools to increase effectiveness and relevance for each channel.
  • Assist designing and developing successful brand communication strategy and activities in line with business goals of the company and global guides. (New product, store, category, campaign etc launches)
  • Implementing the country’s marketing calendar in line with the global activities & business objectives. Complying with regional marketing strategy and same time adapting to local marketing business needs.
  • Monitor, analyse and interpret competition data, category trends and recommend action plans.
  • Co-ordinating the marketing activity with all sales channels. (E-commerce-Retail-Café-B2B)
  • Support preparation of company’s marketing budget in coordination with Marketing Manager and executing it with directed focus areas.
  • Support development of local pricing strategy in line with Global strategy and local market capacity for new products. Competitive analysis preparation.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Reporting of all marketing activity and promotion in accordance to global requirements.
  • Overseeing visual merchandising plans and themes in-store as per approved marketing calendar. Preparation of seasonal visual merchandising planograms.
  • Developing and managing all productions of POSMs & branded materials in-store.
  • Collaboration and coordination with all marketing agencies.
  • Supporting all New Product Development projects and ensuring local implementation.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Developing and executing brand events and PR activities as per the annual calendar.
  • Analysing potential strategic partner relationships and brand collaborations to support marketing the brand.


QUALİFİCATİONS

  • Relevant work experience in Retail, FMCG or F&B Marketing. Passionate about marketing management, planning her/his career in this area.
  • Experience of min.3 years brand/marketing management for well-known brands. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects
  • Efficient team player, multi-tasking and resilient with a strategic point of view.
  • Excellent academic background with a bachelor’s degree/diploma in preferably business/marketing.
  • Understanding of digital platforms and their best practice utilization for customer-driven campaigns.
  • Microsoft tools knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint etc)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
