PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• At least 1 year of digital marketing experience on the brand or agency side,
• General knowledge of digital media, trends and technologies,
• Having interest in following new marketing trends and having knowledge of digital advertising terminology,
• Having experience in managing digital campaigns
• Competent in monitoring performance and improving the performance of existing campaigns or having experience in advertising agency management,
• General knowledge of platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google DataStudio, FB Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and their reporting systems,
• Will be able to measure/evaluate accurately with a data-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of third-party marketing tools (RTB House, Hotjar, Insider, Criteo, etc.)
• Proficient in English,
• Analytical thinking,
• Strong ability to report and analyze data,
• Able to use MS Office programs professionally,
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Operating all digital marketing advertising processes,
• Operating the technical integration and optimization processes of the platforms for which he/she will be responsible for,
• Analyzing the datas from various sources and performing tests, providing performance improvement and reporting,
• To ensure the management of projects in company’s digitalization process,
• Managing the processes required for cross-selling, new customer acquisition and customer retention activities in coordination with the digital sales team and brand teams,
• Making competitor analysis.
