This is why we are so dedicated to design tailor-made jewelry and have been doing so for nearly 22 years all around the world.


As GLAMIRA Digital Operations Team, our job is to promote this mindset in the digital world. In order to support GLAMIRA’s creative approach to jewelry, we manage our operations in 72 countries and in 29 different languages with local marketing strategies. In other words, we work as a global agency, our operations are always carefully executed for each country and culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 years of experience performance marketing operations,,
  • Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook ads,
  • Proficient at Google Analytics and familiar with Google Tag Manager,
  • Proficiency in the use of Adwords, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and MS Excel,
  • Outstanding analytical skills and a desire to use data in creative ways to drive and measure results,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
  • Have a deep understanding of e-commerce industry,
  • Strong communication skills and being a good team player,


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing digital marketing operations of Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Yandex etc.
  • Regular reporting of marketing channels,
  • Follow up, analyze and report digital marketing campaigns and strategies across different channels,
  • Analyze ad performance against campaign and business objectives, make recommendations for optimization,
  • Responsible from campaign setup and optimization,
  • Measure the performance of marketing campaigns, develop KPI reports
  • Measure, analyze, test, and rapidly develop campaigns, ads, and conversion elements to increase efficiency.
