QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in Engineering; preferably, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Foreign Trade Disciplines or equivalent,
- Fluency in written and spoken Russian, English and Turkish,
- Min.2 years experience in warehouse management,international logistics, 3pl management, E-Trade&Distribution, Retail sector experience is a plus,
- Excellent knowledge of MS tools,
- SAP & WMS tools experience is a plus,
- We are looking for a teammate who is teamwork oriented with strong communication skills and agile way of working and thinking,
- Problem solving and analytical thinking skills are important
We are looking for “International Logistics Specialist” who will be responsible for our CIS (Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine) Marketplace and e Commerce Operations;
- Manage and follow LSPs daily operations, e commerce order processing and inventory fulfillment,
- Monitor KPIs of the operations and work with LSPs to ensure the flow of daily operations (Picking, packing and shipping etc.),
- Monitor e commerce sales forecasts to ensure the operational schedules and to manage peak periods,
- Coordinate full order cycle together with return operations and monitor return processes of B2C cargo operations,
- Support sales and planning teams by providing correct stock data,
- Focus on operational workflow deeply to maximize the efficiency of the logistics processes,
- Control invoices issued by LSP,
- Analyse and prepare weekly/monthly operational reports (e.g.: number of shipments, success rate, inial&ending stock etc.)
