QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The Team Online Offers & CDM is responsible for the 1:1 Digital Marketing for customers in After-Sales.

As a Marketing Specialist Online Offers you are the digital expert on behalf of headquarters (HQ) in Stuttgart. You will create and customize marketing templates for customer service for connect and non-connect clients based on existing mockups for markets and regions and you will test them in UX tests. In addition, as a crative personality you will contribute to the further development of the marketing assets.
This is how we create „state-of-the-art“ customer-centric marketing templates based on the needs of the market.

You will be responsible for:

The creation of creative designs as mockups for use cases in customer service
Development and implementation of operational test concepts for UX tests
Creation of HTML templates based on a modular HTML tool
Creation of a sales catalogue for marketing assets
Allocation of assets for OneMind/Symphony or other Tools and preparation of presentations
Coordination of the needed marketing assets close to the team Marcom HQ

Qualifications:

Business administration degree focused on marketing or comparable
Several years of professional experience in marketing. Idealy at an agency
In-depth expertise in HTML and copywriting
Well founded knowledge of retail and e-commerce including a strong customer orientation preferably from the automotive industry
Creativity, independence and strong customer orientation
Business fluent english. Other foreign languages are desirable
