GENEL NİTELİKLER

Assistant Brand Manager will be supporting Assistant Marketing Manager in development of the action plan in line with the category strategy and following up the execution together with the team members & cross-functional teams.


Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field with a successful academic record, master degree is an asset
  • 1-3 years of brand management, agency or digital marketing experience preferably in FMCG or Energy categories.
  • Digital/socially native. Experience in digital and social channels is a plus.
  • Passionate, innovative, and creative marketeer eager to put the consumer at the heart of all activities first to achieve results.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Responsibilities

  • Tracking the performance of the categories proposing necessary corrective actions
  • Being responsible for projects and day-to-day operations on all aspects of the brand business,
  • Managing design and execution of brand strategy for assigned brands,
  • Following the competition and the market closely
  • Execution of product launches and supporting e-commerce business to grow rapidly (i.e. 360 degrees marketing communications, especially digital marketing and influencer management)
  • Managing category budgets
  • Work cross-functionally with Agencies and various internal teams to support company and team OKRs
