SENIOR ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER
· Senior Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for multi brand &portfolio management in makyajtrendi.com and strategic new business development via adding new brands &services.
· S ABM must have a deep know-how &expertise both in digital &retail.
· Directly reports to CEO and works in synch with other functions. Team Leadership & Team Alignment are key skills for this role.
· Manage the brands and product portfolio per channel, retailer and door type through right forecasting and price setting.
· Prepare and execute brand communication strategy and deployment plans for each brand in the portfolio.
· Setting prices according to local realities and global policies.
· Building volume forecasts per SKU and colloborate with Supply Chain Team for OTIF Launches.
· Prepare the best in class reports and presentations for local market and regional reporting on a regular basis.
· Contributing to Retailer discussions preparation on product-related topics.
· Review monthly budget and prepare a cost center report review to ensure appropriate billing, and request corrective action when needed;
Key Responsibilities
Product & Portfolio Management
· Coordinates and maintains the product portfolio aligned with brand strategy
· Coordinates and maintain discontinued products and returns with the objective of reducing returns
· Responsible for forecasting of saleable products with the aim of ensuring forecast accuracy
· Forecasts GWP, testers and samples
· Analyzes sales performance of key categories
· Runs COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) analysis in order to continuously optimize product assortment
· Acts as Brand Expert on own product assortment as well as competitors (assortment, pricing) in order to propose opportunities in local markets
Communication Expert ( Digital Focus)
· Create the brand communication strategy (long and short term ) inline with global calendar both in retail and digital with a 360 approach.
· Execute the brand communication strategy with on time in full , best in class execution plans across the channels. Main channel is DIGITAL.
· Responsible for coordinating the execution plans across the support functions and aligning the support functions around the targets of the brands.
Supply Management
· Creates Account and Purchase-Order ledger and follow-up
· Supply management and responsible for giving information to relevant stakeholders
· Manages returns and assortments
· Manage and monitor monthly markets’ forecast, order processing and shipping, and to follow up on any claims for credit notes on damaged or short shipped goods, and POSM
· Monitor stock level of respective categories and work closely with demand planning & sales to ensure enough stock cover for key products and minimize out-of-stock situation
New Business Development & Strategic Reporting
· Track the global and local trends in consumer & cosmetics & competition very closely. Create reports on these subjects quarterly.
· Work on the 3-5 year strategic growth plans of makyajtrendi.com via analysing the brand , consumers needs & trends in digital.
· Search for the most compatible new brands to grow makyajtrendi.com and directly work with brand owners to integrate new brand in the most profitable way to makyajtrendi.com.
· Prepare the short & long term private label strategy of makyajtrendi.com: Portfolio, Range Architecture, Profitability, Communication.
· Works directly with CEO on strategic reportings presentations to global and regional team for all brands. Requires a strong holistic approach to business and strong presentation & reporting & analytical skills.
· 5+ years marketing experience in a digital and retail / cosmetics / luxury goods or FMCG arena.
· Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
· Fluent English
· Strong strategic accountability in marketing
· Strong digital thinking and execution capabilities.
· Excellent analytical and decision making skills
· Personality willingness to lead, test, learn and great attention to details
· Ability to lead a project with great attention to structure rather than creativity
