MARKETİNG SPECIALIST /SENIOR SPECIALIST

Job Description


COMMUNICATION

  • Carrying out marketing operations in accordance with the determined local and global marketing targets and strategies.
  • Maintaining daily communication with the PR agency
  • Supporting Marketing Manager in the execution of all PR agency-related works (influencer communications, events, special activities, collaborations, press releases, etc.)
  • Making necessary announcements about marketing to the central team and/or field team:
-Front Doors (FD-vitrin)

-Promos (periodical campaigns)

-Private collections

-Events and marketing activities (beforehand and afterwards with results reports)


VISUAL MERCHANDISING (INSTORE COMMUNICATIONS)

  • Local production of all visual instore needs (both SGH and RB stores) and sending them to the stores on a regular basis. (props and printed materials)
  • Identifying store needs for imported props (visual presentation equipment) and ordering them from the global team.
  • Carrying out newly developed prop projects (i.e. product story wall) that comes from global team and informing the stores about correct implementations.
  • Making all visual printed materials, digital screen contents and marketing props ready for new store openings, relocations etc.
  • Adapting (translating into Turkish, making it short and understandable) VM guidelines coming from the global team and sharing them with the field.
  • Training the field teams about VM guidelines whenever necessary.
  • Making regular store visits: For transferring all projects related to instore communication and VM issues to the field and controlling the applications.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Internal Communications
  • 2-3 years of experience at similar role, preferably in retail industry,
  • Experienced in working with influencers, bloggers
  • Experienced in trade marketing, especially in retail industry (campaign management, promotion management, visual merchandising etc.)
  • Fluency in English both verbally and written
  • Good MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent planning, organizing, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects
