QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Work closely and collaboratively with Trade Marketing, CRM Teams, Payment & Content teams,
- Build a strong partnership and intense working relationships with key accounts as banks,
- Manage the growth and profitability from accounts’ in line with company objectives,
- Monitor the accounts’ campaigns performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed,
- Communicate critical business information to the appropriate internal contacts for action,
- Develop and manage the team, ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organizational changes.
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years of partnership management experience,
- 360°Account Management, team management and P&L experience,
- Excellent communication skills in Turkish & English,
- Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills,
- Good communication and presentation ability,
- Growth mindset and results driven,
- Innovative, ambitious, confident, and able to take initiative.
