QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sociology and Business disciplines,
- Master's degree is a plus,
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing communications, brand management departments or advertising agencies,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
- Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
- Strong problem solving and analytic thinking skills,
- Team player,
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach with attention to detail,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning and executing offline-online marketing communications strategies,
- Coordinating with ATL, BTL, digital, social media and media agencies in order to make sure all communications channels are inline with communicatiosn strategies,
- Executing 360 degree campaigns to increase brand awareness,
- Following communications and market trends,
- Managing agencies,
- Working closely with marketing, corporate communications and e-commerce departments,
- Taking fast and up-to-date actions for content and campaign flows due to changing market dynamics,
- Planning content sharing flow with digital and social media agency according to social media strategies,
- Orginising daily contents to share inline with corporate standarts.
Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
