QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration, Actuarial or equivalent study,
- Experience related to marketing field in an insurance/pension company,
- Excellent communicational skills to build great business relationships with different stakeholders,
- Great analytical and structured thinking abilities,
- Excellent presentation, reporting and analysis skills,
- Creative minded with out-of the-box thinking capabilities,
- Eager to learn and grow in a demanding business environment,
- Excellent command of MS Office applications,
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish.
Job Description:
- Follow-up end-to-end product development and management efforts,
- Track the product performances and take required actions to enhance the product portfolio,
- Conduct domestic and international market research about insurance sector, prepare analysis and report with recommendations,
- Develop channel based product marketing strategies, identify actions and track implementation,
- Set the channel strategies based on overall company strategy and track the channel performance to achieve the channel goals,
- Design channel campaigns, track performance and campaign results,
- Track the customer loyalty program and additional product benefits performance, manage third party relations with assistance companies.
