Job Description

  • To generate traffic and tweak the proposition towards an appealing and competitive one
  • Should drive for commercial success leveraging the CEP (Customer Engagement Platform) on the topics of
  • Attraction of new customers to the platform and for NN
  • Engagement, creating stickiness and recurring customers
  • Cross selling NN products and therefore generating new customer acquisition for NN (figures tbd)


The Marketing Lead is the growth hacker on the local market, with a track record and working experience in Healthcare, Prevention or home services online platforms. He/she will setup what is needed to generate traffic and tweak the proposition towards an appealing and competitive one, in close collaboration with the proposition lead. His/her experience in this market should prevents us from rookie mistakes and leapfrog us into this market.

The Marketing Lead is in charge of traffic and engagement building, developing and executing traffic campaigns and creating appealing content, which should result in robust SEO strategy. The marketeer is fully data driven and is expected to set up the relevant statistics (keywords, CPM, CPA, CPS, …) to provide data driven advice on the way forward.

The expected way of working is agile, working experiment based and drive iterations to validate assumptions with data.


In bullet points, the Marketing Lead should:

- Be obsessed with attracting customers to the platform and create exponential growth

- Apply current market knowledge in the digital Healthcare space, to boost traffic

- Set up the marketing KPI measurements and uses this data to continuously improve the customer funnel

- Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks to any businesses

- Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs.

- A/B testing those ideas.

- Analyzing the data and users’ feedback.

- Starting up targeted advertising campaigns

- Creating relevant content

- Performing SEO and keyword analysis

- Create a strategic marketing and traffic plan

- Working on a lean startup process.

- Working with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)

- Prioritizing growth channels.

- Optimizing channels in order to always improve the performance of our business.

- Scaling and Automating the growth processes.

- Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth
